Personal Branding for Students - The Need

In this era of competition there come many an instance where one has to decide between 2 or more people with the same qualifications/talents/skills. Lets look at it from the perspective of an employer or HR personnel. There is a process by which the decision is made; it has the following 2 phases: 1.  Primary Objective Here the technical or domain knowledge of the candidate(s) is tested as this is the primary work to be done and hence it takes the form of a  Primary Objective . This can be related to a technical round for engineering students or showcasing your portfolio or explaining work experience for others.  2.  Secondary Objective Once the primary objective has been achieved and valid demonstration of skills is done then one looks forward to the secondary objective. Seldom has it been that a person has had such a profound influence on the lives of not one or two but an entire generation of human beings. "Well, it may have escaped your notice, but life isn't fair" A cherished and profound British theatre actor, Alan redefined acting for a mysterious character, his portrayal of unconditional love searing through the strands of time and lasting for eternity is something magical. To emulate the same on film in the manner it was done is something for which I have no words. He was a part of Harry Potter, a series that touched me and a whole generation in such a way that it is embedded forever in our hearts. And Alan played the role so well, I don't think it was possible for anyone else in this world to do it Justice the same way he did. When I'm 80 years old and sitting in my rocking chair, I'll be reading Harry Potter. And my family will say to me, 'After all this time?' And I will say, 'Always.' ...
