In this era of competition there come many an instance where one has to decide between 2 or more people with the same qualifications/talents/skills. Lets look at it from the perspective of an employer or HR personnel. There is a process by which the decision is made; it has the following 2 phases: 1. Primary Objective Here the technical or domain knowledge of the candidate(s) is tested as this is the primary work to be done and hence it takes the form of a Primary Objective . This can be related to a technical round for engineering students or showcasing your portfolio or explaining work experience for others. 2. Secondary Objective Once the primary objective has been achieved and valid demonstration of skills is done then one looks forward to the secondary objective.
